When you are "dieting", please make sure you are eating enough food. There sometimes is a fine line between eating too little and eating too much. Imagine you aren't eating enough, you become ravenous later in the day and overeat. Or, you continually under eat and your body thinks you are starving it. What your body then does is hold on to everything it can for dear life. Meaning, your body won't let go of that stored fat you are working so hard to get rid of.
