Stop the Excuses
Isn't it about time that you stop making excuses? Only you can decide when you are ready to commit to an exercise program. Stop looking for the quick fixes! No magic pill, no magic drink. It takes hard work and a commitment to get the changes you desire. You have to remain focused and remain accountable to your program. If you are ready, let's start a challenge group.
