Seriously this says it all. Get up and move! Start doing a little more every day and then build upon that. Before you know it you are losing weight and feeling great. If you need some regimented program to follow like me, I can suggest some. I am currently doing Les Mills Combat. I think it is one of my favorites.Need extra will power to stay away from the snacks? Try Shakeology. I just received the new chocolate and it is definitely better than the other! But I like both of them. Truly the healthiest meal of the day.

If I can do it so can you! If you need motivation, support, accountability, I can help. Remember, I am a busy wife and mom of 3 little children under the age of 10. I work full time. If you let yourself go a tad, then get back on track. It isn't easy, nothing worthwhile is easy. If it were easy, anyone could do it.
